New Life Redemption Church| Justin Emenike Ministries is an apostolic, prophetic church /ministry functioning with all the spiritual gifts promised by Christ. Amos 3:7, Jer. 1:1-4, 2 Corin.12;12. No discussion of ecclesiology—the doctrine of the church—could be complete without a consideration of the various offices that Christ has given to His church. Ephesians 4:11-12,1 Tim. 3:1–13. The office of a prophet is unique, and it’s different from operating in the gift of prophecy. As a calling, it is firstly affirmed by God to that individual, and then affirmed by men (Apostles, teachers, Pastors, Evangelists, and Prophets. Just because a man or a woman is called into the office of a prophet does not mean they are ready to be behind a pulpit or be put into a place of influence such as an office of a prophet. However, they are to be raised up to be servants and leaders and must be equipped and trained to become effective in the Body of Christ – Thus, to do the work of the ministry. In the church today, some Pastors are called Apostle and others identify as Prophets. These claims of a spiritual office of leadership must be approached carefully. The Protestant Reformers would argue while some still claim to be Apostles and Prophets today. When we look at the New Testament, we see clearly a unique and core foundational role for Apostles and Prophets. These offices, Paul tells us in Ephesians 2:20, make up the foundation of the church, along with Jesus Christ, the chief cornerstone.
New Life Redemption Church was founded in obedience to a divine calling by God to Apostle Justin Emenike and Pastor Mrs. Carole Emenike on November 6, 2011. The calling of the man and woman of God into the office of ecclesia, was after prayerful consideration, confirmation and testament from many revered men and women of God. Such as Paul said in, Ephesians 3:7 “I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace, given me through the working of His power. 2 Timothy 1:11 “to which I was appointed as a preacher, an apostle, and a teacher,” Colossians 1:25-27 “I became its servant by the commission God gave me to fully proclaim to you the word of God, the mystery that was hidden for ages and generations but is now revealed to His saints. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory”. Jeremiah 1: 1-4, Isaiah 42:6 “I, the LORD, have called you for a righteous purpose, and I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and appoint you to be a covenant for the people and a light to the nations,” The decision to serve, commit to the Lord, and to start a church/ministry wasn’t an overnight affirmation, and willingness to move forward. We wanted to be clear about God’s expectations of us. In other words, what the role and functions would entail. And yes, it was an instruction and heaven mandate in accordance with Matthew 28:18, which coincided with Paul’s, 1 Corinthians 13:1- 13 In verse 13, Paul mentions the three gifts that are common for all Christians, and God’s servants: faith, hope, and love., “And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love. Paul says, faith, hope, and love are the three gifts that will be ours throughout all eternity. Throughout Jesus’ Ministry, these three cardinal gifts were exemplified in fellowship, communion, breaking of bread, bearing each other’s burden, and lifting each other up – especially being a servant unto God and others: by demonstrating empathy, compassion, and genuine love for God which is reflected in our love for His children.
